• This was the first CRBL All-Star game played in Jim Falls since 2012, when the South beat the North 7 to 5.
• Will Thibodeau (SS from Beef River) was named game MVP. Will was 1-2 with a double, stolen base, RBI, and reached on an error in the 9th. Will doubled to lead off the 8th, stole 3rd base with two outs, and then scored on a single by the Cavs’ Brayton Thillman. Thibodeau was also perfect on four assists from shortstop over the last three innings.
• The last Beef River player to win the All-Star game MVP was outfielder Todd Lasher in 2015.
